Ancient Japanese Alloys

Older Japanese artists try to draw the four seasons.

Especially Spring during which you can see a beautiful silver moon. The Japanese call it Oboro-zuki (misty moon おぼろづき 朧月). The Tanka (classical Japanese short poem) poets describe it as the special moon.The other artists, metal craftsmen, try to make this color of the moon.
We call it Oboro-gin (おぼろぎん　朧銀).
This metal is made of silver and copper alloy.
