‘Jogakbo’, a traditional Korean craft sewing technique born out of the frugal hands of women who were able to find beauty by geometrically connecting pieces of leftover fabric to each other.
Repetitive and time consuming process filled with memories, storytelling and reflection of oneself. Forms, patterns and textures, intertwining all together, revealing a map of thoughts, a personal story with its ups and downs, balance and unbalance, white and black moments.
